Launch of Here Comes the Bus App for Parents
Queen Creek School District No. 95 Bus

The Queen Creek Unified School District Transportation Department is proud to announce the launch of the “Here Comes the Bus” app! This app will give QCUSD families whose children currently ride the bus real-time alerts with the bus number, location, and time of arrival. The purpose of this letter is to communicate what bus-riding families need to know in order to use “Here Comes the Bus”. If your child does not currently ride a QCUSD bus, you may disregard this notice.

Ensure your student has a bus pass with a barcode. If your child does not have a bus pass, email hctb@qcusd.org the following information: child name, grade level, and school of attendance. Drivers will distribute the passes to the appropriate students.

Download the free “Here Comes the Bus” app. The app is available for iPhones and Androids. Search “Here Comes the Bus” in your app store.

Once you have downloaded the free app, create a profile with an email address that you check often and set a password for your account.

Add your bus-riding student to your profile by entering the ID found on the student’s bus pass and the school code 29294. The school code is the same for all QCUSD schools. If you have multiple children riding the bus, follow this step for each student.

Once your “Here Comes the Bus” profile is active, you will begin to receive emails regarding the status of your child’s bus. You can also receive this information via text by adjusting your app settings.

The “Here Comes the Bus” app will go live in QCUSD beginning Friday, October 30. For further assistance, questions, and/or requests regarding “Here Comes the Bus”, please email the transportation department or call (480) 987-5982 from 5:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

All QCUSD Students Eat for Free!

QCUSD Child Nutrition wants to thank the USDA for allowing the district to serve our ENTIRE student population for FREE starting for the 2020–21 school year. This includes both breakfast and lunch!

Going forward, your student may grab a complete breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria during serving times at NO CHARGE. No ID or student barcode needed!

For families who have students in the Queen Creek Virtual Academy, more information will be coming from the child nutrition department regarding meal pick up times.

**A la carte & extra items are charged at regular price.**
